Delivery Questions - Where is my order?

If Royal Mail attempted to deliver your parcel but you were unable to receive it, you can easily arrange another delivery by pressing on the button bellow:

Please get in touch with us if you haven’t got your order confirmation email.

This could be for several reasons such as the inputting of the wrong email address or technical issues where the system has timed out before your order had time to reach our ordering system.

If this is the case you may see a pending authorisation from us on your bank or PayPal account. As this is only a request we will never take the monies from your account and they should drop off back into your available balance after a couple of days.

All our orders are dispatched within 1 business day (eg. if you ordered something on a Friday, it will be dispatched on Monday).

Most of our orders arrive before the given timeline, however, if your order is late we are kindly asking you to contact us so that we can look into it.

If you did not receive tracking information in the email received from us, it means that your order might not have a tracking number.

  • Check if a delivery card has been left from one of our couriers with further instructions on
  • Check with your neighbours to see if they have accepted your parcel on your behalf
  • Look in any safe areas the delivery driver may have left your parcel (in a shed, garage or porch)

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.  

If your parcel has been returned to us it is likely that it has been accidentally damaged during the transportation on its way to you or the driver has had difficulties delivering your parcel. Rest assured that we will send out a replacement to you immediately or offer a hassle free refund; please get in touch with us.

We use the following Royal Mail Services:

Free Delivery (for orders over £30) – Royal Mail Standard from 2 to 5 working days.

Royal Mail Standard (on orders below £30) from  2 to 5 working days.

Royal Mail First Class – 1 to 2 working days.

At the moment we do not deliver to customers outside of the United Kingdom. However, if you wish to order from us please contact us to check if an arrangement can be made.

There is a problem with my order

We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible once they have been placed. Therefore, we are unable to make any changes to your order once received. This includes changes to the delivery address, email address, cancelling the order, or adding or removing items from the order.

However, you have 30 days after delivery to return your items for a refund. 

We apologise if you received wrong items in your order.

Please get in touch with us so that we can correct this as soon as possible for you.

We take great care to ensure your items reach you in good condition. However, if you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged item, simply return it to us and we will happily replace the item or offer you a refund.

Payment and security

When you purchase on our website, our payments partner PayPal or Stripe encrypts your payment details using industry standard encryption, this means that using our website is perfectly safe (we do not have access to your credit card information).

We work hard to protect your security and privacy. Our payment security system encrypts your information during transmission.

We support card payment and PayPal.

You can reset your password in a few easy steps:

• On the top of our website click on the ‘My Account’ button.
• Click on the ‘Account details’ button on the side bar
• Create a new password using the form displayed
